Our international shipping services are currently available in more than two hundred countries and islands across the world. This gives us a tremendous degree of flexibility, in terms of whom we can ship our products to. From our facilities in China, your package by either ePacket or EMS. This is going to depend on not only the size of your order but on the weight, as well. If your package is being shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse, we will use USPS.

In the event that you are located in a place that we do not ship to, we will be in touch to discuss your options. In many situations, we can come to some sort of resolution!

Once your items have been shipped to you, keep in mind that we are not responsible for any fees that may be incurred during the process of your package moving through customs. In purchasing our items, you are also consenting to pay any fees related to the customs process that may come up. These fees can vary from one location to the next. In some situations, there will not be fees at all.

While shipping time can naturally vary from one place to the next, we can give you a general idea of what you can likely expect:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information, making it easy to keep up with the journey of your order.

With certain shipping companies, it can take anywhere from two to ten business days for the tracking info to appear.

Even if you specifically asked for combined shipping, there are going to be situations in which it makes more sense to use multiple packages. Even in these situations, it is likely that your order will still be shipped entirely on the same day.

Until it has been shipped, any order can be canceled. You can also contact us within twelve hours if you need to make any changes to the specifics of your order.

When necessary, we are happy to extend a refund option to our customers. If you have not received your product within forty-five days (doesn’t include 2-5 days of order processing), you can request a refund. This can also be extended to receiving the wrong product. If you simply don’t want the product, remember that shipping it to us is your responsibility.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LunchBox.Sale (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*Once the period of guaranteed delivery has passed, you can have an additional 15 days to put in a request for a return. Do not return any purchases, unless we have instructed you to do so. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
