Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-8 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund.
To return an item, please email customer service at support@lunchbox.sale to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

* You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
We do not refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LunchBox.sale (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
