The double layer food storage box is made using high quality plastic and is perfect suitable for both adults and children. It is completely dishwasher safe and hence it is easy to clean and the safety snap lids ensure that your food is completely safe.

The double layer reusable lunch storage boxes enables you to separate your food as you can keep all your fruits and nuts in the bottom and pack your nourishing vegetables on the top layer. The lower section has a separate lid as well as the top layer. The clamps which ensures that the two layers stay intact is also easy to open and close.

With the classic double layer bento box you can store large quantity of food items to a maximum of 850 ml and hence you don’t need to worry that your kid never goes with less food again. These lunch storage boxes comes in two different colors including blue and red. But it is not completely blue, as the bottom layer only comes in wither blue or red and top layer is always white. From our facilities in China, your package by either ePacket or EMS. This is going to depend on not only the size of your order, but on the weight, as well. If your package is being shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse, we will use USPS.

Even if you specifically asked for combined shipping, there are going to be situations in which it makes more sense to use multiple packages. Even in these situations, it is likely that your order will still be shipped entirely on the same day.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
How To Cancel Your Order?

Until it has been shipped, any order can be cancelled. You can also contact us within twelve hours, if you need to make any changes to the specifics of your order.

Do You Need A Refund?

When necessary, we are happy to extend a refund option to our customers. If you have not received your product within forty-five days (doesn’t include 2-5 days of order processing), you can request a refund. This can also be extended to receiving the wrong product. If you simply don’t want the product, remember that shipping it to us is your responsibility.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LunchBox.Sale (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of LunchBox.Sale

*Once the period of guaranteed delivery has passed, you can have an additional 15 days to put in a request for a return. Do not return any purchases, unless we have instructed you to do so. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
